blogger does collects information on the referring web address and number of page views, this information is collected for data purposes and no personal information is collected.
I do receive compensation for ads on my website, and in order to receive payment the advertisers will track purchases/clicks. I do not have access to any personal information and I am not responsible for the advertisers privacy policy.
Groupon: Groupon uses a outside source to track information, Commision Junction, their privacy policy can be accessed here and how to opt out of their tracking. This information is used only to track pay back on items purchased through my Groupon widget.
